Dock & Dream is a platform that connects yacht owners ("Hosts") with travelers ("Guests") seeking unique accommodations. We act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings but are not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Guests.
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Host. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed during the booking process. Guests are responsible for reading and understanding these policies before booking.
Dock & Dream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
